blow off valve
i have a twin chamber apex bov and i cant put it on. the guy that was goin to help me put it on said he cant cause he said i need a new chip or comp/ecu to compensate for the air injection system. he said the comp will sence that the psi changed and the engine light will go on! what should i do?????? need help from the pros of subaru's!!!!

I thought lots of people upgraded the BOV, and would doubt you need to change comps to do it. Then again i've got a 2.2 N/A motor, so don't listen to me! GL

You can install it if you want. There's no way to compensate for the rich condition that an atmospheric blowoff valve causes, but it won't make your engine blow up.
