Question Need Help Top End Sputter??

I have an 04 rex with AEM cold air intake, an Turbo XS man. boost cont., and BOV. The car has been running fine at about 16 psi of boost. Yesterday after 5 grand the car "Sputter's" the boost goes up and down from 15 to 10 really fast and the car breaks up bad???? The car was fine and all of a sudden this happened I just changed all the spark plugs that wasnt the problem??? Please Help. Thanks

Your intake and blow-off valve isnt't helping it I believe. Was it like this before the mods? Top end of a stock WRX isn't so hot either.
