need help bad car problem

Okay here is my problem i have a 02 wrx. Got a check engine light then the car started running really ruff checked the code and it said was missfiring in #1 cly then i open the hood the turbo is glowing red. So i took it to the subaru dealer and they looked at it and said yes misfiring in #1 cyl and they ran some checks on it and found out the up-pipe was falling apart inside so they replaced it and the EGT for free. Well they told me if they change the plugs that the check engine light would go away and would not run ruff anymore so i asked them how much they said $290 for labor then still cost of plugs i said forget it i do it myself. Well have the car home changed the plugs deleted codes and started the car and still check engine light car still runs ruff drove the car and know the up-pipe and the turbo are both starting to glow red someone help me i need to fix this car fast.
Thanks for any help.

did you make sure you gap the plugs properly, and made them at least hand tight when reinstalling it? you might want to make sure you're running the right plugs too, not saying you are, but it would be a good idea to double check.

you also should check to make sure your coil packs have proper connection to the plugs.

try that and it should narrow your problems down

All of that is correct and the car still has problems so i took it back to the dealer so they can fix the car.
