Ok today I was launching my car today by doing the suggested slipping clutch method. Now I was only doing it at 3000rpm and by no means dropped the clutch. Anyways I noticed while I was slipping the clutch, I hear a whining sound. Not a turbo scream type but more like a Ford Lightning supercharger sound. Is that normal? The car runs perfect but I noticed lately that my gas light goes on when I only 285 miles per tank. You guys think there is something wrong with my car? Jim (PlatniumWRX) suggest to take it to the dealer. I'm really freaked out right now. Please help me out.
