misfire under 20psi, scary

we were out on a highway tuning the car with 110 octane gas just working up through the boost and givin a little bit more gas every time. We got to 18 and ran through 2nd and 3rd. It was running pretty strong considering it tried to break loose through 2nd. Anyways got to twenty, made a pass, slowly stepping into it around 4500 5psi 10psi and wham 20 and then bang, lost boost, started jerking, red light on knock sensor flashing along with the check engine light flashing. So we parked it turned it back down to 15psi and it did it again, only this time the knock link didn't flash. any ideas on why, I have my theories just looking for some input

Pull the CEL. I bet you got P0244 which is fuel cut due to overboost for more than 2-3 seconds.

If you are not detonating, you will need to find a way to raise the fuel cut boost limit. For example, if you have an XEDE, you can adjust the MAP table and fool the ECU into thinking you are running less boost.

the fuel cut is fine I've been running 24psi until the end of the season, the track was open for the first day and thats why we were turning it up. Its done this before but its because my wastegate got stuck but when that happened I hit over 30psi

its a fully built motor and its never had a problem at 20. If I can get it to the dealership I need to check what code its throwing. I just got the wastegate apart and its fine, but one thing I noticed, the feed line to the turbo is leaking and the intercooler piping is full of oil.

That's not a good sign...pushing oil past the turbo seals? Good luck.
