MBC problems

Hey guys. I just installed a Joe's MBC XZ and im having problems getting it dialed in. I made several adjustments each time backing the boost off. Now ive come to the end of the adjustment and im STILL spiking to 17lbs in 4th gear. Has anyone else used this MBC? I like the pick up it gained in 1st and 2nd, but I cant really use it because I cant give it anything on the freeway in higher gears cuz it just spikes way to high. Any suggestions?

Can you please explain a lil more what you mean by the restrictor? If you mean the adjustment screw on the MBC, turing it in more only increases boost. Should I be running the MBC in conjunction with the Stock Wastegate Control Soleniod?

Thanks guys
