Marvel Mystery Oil
I've seen on various websites that Marvel Mystery Oil is good for reducing/removing carbon buildup, helping unstick stuck lifters, etc...But does anyone have any experience with this on our motors? Does anyone know if it's safe in the long haul?

What i tend to try to use it for is like a mild engine flush before you change oils on a very dirty or junky system. If the old car didn't have leaks before running it, it probably will after using this stuff but at least her internals will be clean.
I'd keep it in the system for like 500 miles then dump it for new oil. Never tried it with gas though i've heard it works.
All in all i wouldn't use it in a new car there isn't a point to. I think of it as detergant for oil between changes and very few uses on the system with it at that. Maybe a once every couple of years thing.
