It's really not that big of a deal...Disney outright owns like 50% of society as a whole anyway so this really doesn't matter.
In fact it could do well considering Disney makes movies (albeit some straight to DVD) like candy; and their big pictures have almost unlimited budgets so maybe this will bode well for Marvel.
On the other hand, this could also kill the company...
Who wants to bet Warner Brothers is going to buy a controlling stake in DC soon just to stay competitive?
