I would say that you don't have anything to worry about. I am about 290 at that wheels, with a similar set-up including fuel management and injectors, and those EVO's dont stand a chance!

a new intercooler with your setup will not yield any more power, upgrade your fuel system, new turbo, after that you might need a new ic depending on which turbo you choose. then tune it all.
