Interesting throttle characteristics at WOT

I just installed a BPM Turboback exhaust and I love it! However, since I installed it I noticed some strange throttle happenings on a few occasions.

When stepping on the throttle to WOT my engine would take off like normal (this was in 2nd and 3rd) between 5k and 6k RPM my throttle would "flutter" even though my foot was pressed firmly to the floor. After a few days of normal driving, the flutter went away, but I am really curious what caused it.

Was it the ECU "re-learning" how to deal with a free-flowing exhaust?

Thanks to all you knowledgeable people who will answer my question.

If it went away then I don't know what it waas but after a few mods I got the same thing. The more mods the more I noticed it. Then I did the grounding mod.... WOT is UBER smooth. It's the best/cheapest thing I have done to the engine.

Grounding mod does nothing.

The flutter was the ECU learning and playing with the wastegate on the turbo most likely.

Um, ok, I kinda know it DOES do something from actually DOING it. Not "most likely" doing it. WOW!
