Intercooler Spray

Just had a thought when I was driving home from work today. I bought that CF hood off of blk rex wagon a couple weeks ago and never put on the windshield sprayers. I was wondering if it would be possible to use the spray from the hose that is just sitting under my hood to spray into the intercooler. Any thoughts?

I have heard of people doing that but the intercooler spray doesn't help that much anyway

The factory STI intercooler spray uses the identical pump as the windshield spray pump, same part number and lph.

Also, the reservoir is located farther away.

I ran my STi spray nozzles from the washer bottle, the only problem I had was keeping the water cold. It never got too hot but every time I sprayed the IC my wipers would go off. lol . During the summer I just disconnected the wiring from the wiper motor.
