Injector Mod Question
I wana try this injector mod I found on NASIOC. Says I can get 740-750cc's out of my stock injectors, after new pump etc.
1) The mod itself: good idea/bad idea? Anyone tried this, how'd it go?
2) If this is a safe enough mod, it would be a good idea to get the modded injectors flow tested right? Without that info in hand, I imagine tuning wouldn't be optimal as possible.
Any recomendations for a good shop that'll do that? This is the cheapest one I've found so far.

The linked site doesn't mod injectors.
Don't send your own injectors off, buy they from a shop that does them in volume. The reason is because you could get one injector that flows 750cc and another that flows 850cc. Shops that do them in volume can match up a set of 4 that flow about the same.
Cut injectors are harder to tune and don't spray fuel as evenly as well as re-capped injectors.

Wasn't looking for them to do the mod, just check the post-modified flow, though if as you say it can be difficult to keep them matching, this might not be in the cards then.
Is there some recapping option then? If I have to bite the $2-300 bullet for new injectors I will, eventually, just looking for cheaper possibilities in the meantime.

I had a look at the Witchhunter page just now, and it looks a little buyer beware-y. Maybe I am better off just getting a new higher flowing set, unless I can score some extra injectors to let them pick the closest matching ones, as they say they'll do.
Thanks for the lead at any rate.

Pick up a cheap set of extra injectors and have all 8 modded, then pick the closest 4 for yourself and sell off the rest.
I did this through witchhunter and ended up with an 800 set across the board for $110.
