I have an IHI VF34.

according to info:
this turbo Directly bolts to exhaust manifold as well as exhaust pipe off turbo. Minimal modifications required to fit. Specialist fitting required, gaskets not included.

What does this mean? What minimal modifications must be made to fit? etc. (I am a turbo newbie.)

Can anyone tell me any other parts I will need for the install and/or what other changes, modification i will have to make (on what parts) to fit it?

i do have an up-pipe, down pipe, etc.
