SPI Motorsports It isn't on the website but send Ryan mail, and he will hook you up... ryan@irvinesubaru.com I can't say enough good things about him...

I know there are a few other places as well, but I'd have to do a little digging... There is really no need though because the price is the same and Ryan is awsome... Tell him I sent you if you end up getting one...

Thanks Monkey Boy - I dropped Ryan an email this morning. Hopefully he will be able to help me out. If available, I will order it from him - and get a shift light for a little somethin' fun.

Ryan from SPI hasn't got back to me but an email I sent to Prodrive-USA sales came back with a link to a new vendor I hadn't seen before who has them for $99. Twenty-four bucks more and I can have the Samco full set. I'll have to think about it but here is the link for anyone else interested in the Prodrive.
