HP gains from a header on a stage 4?

What kind of power gaines can I expect from a good header if added to a stage 4 set up with a vf34. Any one have ball park figures or experiance with a particular brand of header? Should the ECU be re-tuned for the new header?
Thanks

...O.K. here are (Some of) my engine mods :
TurboXS; TMIC, UTEK, Hi-Flow Cat., up-pipe, Down Pipe.
STi: 565cc Injectors,
ProDrive: Cat Back muffler, springs.
Power Enterprises; Intake System,
Walboro; fuel pump 255lph.
Samco;, induction pipe.
IHI; VF34 Turbo.

The Dyno-Pack says I'm currently putting down 298.6 hp and 279 lbs/ft.

Whats a stage 4? List your mods. Those stage #'s are silly.

Depending on what setup you choose (which header) you will lose some or a lot of low end horse power but gain it in the end.

Maybe I should rephrase thew question. Is the gain in horse power worth the cost of a header, most runing from $600 to $1000?

what kind of racing? you are going to lose power in the lower rmp's and gain some higher up. by the way lose the cat if you are after a few more hp

I do have a grasp of how a header functions and am well aware they sacrifice low rpm power to gain more up top, thanks for beating that to a pulp guys it offers me no help what so ever.

touchy touchy

I think it's a personal decision you have to make: A certain amount of horsepower for 600 rpms later boost
