No problems with my HKS downpipe yet, I love it for the price!!! and plus it's JDM. I do plan sometime to take it to a machine shop to make it into a twin dump or a bell mouth sometime.

Thumbs down Hks Dp

Probably the lamest thing about the HKS DP is the fact that it makes no provision for the wastegate gases to exit the turbo, creating a whole lot of unnecessary turbulence. There are plenty of other DP's that at least have bellmouth flanges, if not a divorced wastegate pipe that joins the main piping further down. Go with one of those, even if you have to pay a little more..

hmm thats weird because every test that has been run has concluded that having a bellmouth design only adds minimal performance over a dp such as hks or dc.. and i purchased my hks dp for 175 out the door brand new... and it is awesome... it has a great ceramic coating that cleans up great... and the great thing about the hks, is you buy the downpipe for just say 125 used, get a muffler shop to cut/weld on a divorced wastegate for around 30-50 bux and right there 175 for a strong divorced wastegate downpipe...
