I noticed someone saying that there are 02-03 cel fixes and 04 cel fix. i had a friend of mine get an extra cel fix for his 04 helix DP and he put it on mine (03 turbo XS TBE) and it worked just fine. Maybe its something that Gruppe-s knows that some guys don't. I think it was some kind of Pony cel fix or some thing.

btw, its really loud with my apex gt catback so i put the silencer
does anyone if this silencer is cancelling the power gains i got from the dp?

The silencer is canceling the gains you got from the catback, not from the downpipe. However, the HKS downpipe makes very very few gains over the stock, and those are all from removing the cat. Basically any other downpipe is better than HKS, although nobody else can match the price.

i think im getting about 10-12 mpg with normal driving after the dp and the catback

10-12mpg? WTF, do you drive like a bandit? I'm getting twice that on average normal driving.
