Angled exhaust=less bends=more power

Plus didn't the hks put down the most power out of all the other exhaust in the that one tuner magazine. I just got it for the bling..hah.

 

yeh. i remember for the turbo magazine shoot-out.. HKS was one of the top performers... wasn't that loud either. maybe around 14 hp.

If I recall correctly, the Turbo Mag shootout determined that HKS made best torque and Blitz made best hp.

Thanks for the review. I'm leaning more toward the HKS carbon ti because I think carbon fiber is dope. Also because i read some where that its a limited edition exhaust with limited applications.

 

Not really. You can get it anywhere anytime that sells this exhaust for the wrx....

They also sell this for other cars as well

 

haha... so the girls really do dig the carbon fiber...i guess i'll keep it on then...

 

yeah keep it on Carbon Fiber looks very cool. Hoping to have mine on soon.

 

i just installed a gutted stock down pipe, and the exhaust sounds great now. loud but not to loud, and that still with the cat in the mid pipe, although i hope to gut that soon as well.

The carbon ti wasnt as loud as i was scared it would be just a nice deep gurgle sound. I LOVE IT!

 

i'm looking to take off the HKS once i finish other mods and get some money for a vishnu or turboxs..

One thing i love about the HKS is that it pops. lol. sounds like a race car or some sort of motorcylce. haha.
