help w/install (joe p manual boost controller)

help w/install
im trying to install a joe p mbc on my 05 wrx. im lost. ive searched the site and ive been at it for over an hour. i think i have it installed right. i have the side going to the T on the wastegate. i have the one on the bottom going to the air intake. ive tried every adjustment from screwed all the way in to all the way out. im getting stuck at .05 mpa in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. what am i doing wrong. the stock controller is still plugged up and the 2 lines are sitting there unplugged. does that matter? please help!!! im so frustrated at this point!!!
