Unhappy Got rid of CAI, put back stock AIR BOX = LOW BOOST

I just took out my K&N CAI system and put the stock air box in (did the whole silencer removal trick also). I cannot believe the difference in the way the car screams down the road now.

However, my problem is that I am not hitting full boost. In 1st gear max boost is about .5, second gear about .6, third about .8 and fourth about .8-.9. I have an ECU reflash from Vishnu done about a year ago and was thinking that since he programmed my car with the CAI system in it and now that the car seems to be getting a lot more air from the stock air box that it is screwing with the ECU's air/fuel and or boost setting.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Do I need to get a reflash?

Total engine mods: HKS Up-pipe, B&B catted down-pipe, 3" HKS Titanium Exhaust, HKS BOV (witch is in the process of being replace with the stock unit), VISHNU REFLASH.

PS. After taking out the CAI and putting back the stock air box, I no longer hear anything at all from my HKS BOV. No more Phhsssss sound.

Thanks, any help would appreciate.

if you didnt reset your ecu then that could be a problem

and the last thing is that if your car is making peak power without hitting peak boost than it wont boost any more. its intermitten but you can make the same power on lower boost.
how much lower are u hitting?
