WRX? STi? You didn't fill out the Car field in your member Profile.

Follow TurboXS' advice and remove the intake. I don't know if that intake causes MAF problems but always follow the advice of the folks who designed your upgrades.

Tuning is always a good idea for full turbo back upgrades. Are you using a UTEC?

If that is what you've logged, and if TXS has made the suggestion to swap back the stock intake, then that's what I would try first. Examine your logs again after the swap and see if there was improvement. Are you running the correct map for your other mods?

TXS claims their own 'shorty' intake does not disturb factory MAF calibration although I have no experience with aftermarket intakes.

It's doesn't sound like the intake would be the reason, but it couldn't hurt to go back to the stock intake. Are you sure that all of your injectors are seated on the fuel rail properly. Also if you changed your plugs make sure that the coil packs are in all the way seated on the plug tight enough. Also if you took off your TGV sensor during the install that can cause a rough idle too.
