Helix Catted DP on '05 WRX??

Helix Catted DP on '05 WRX??
Has anyone successfully installed the Helix Catted Downpipe on the '05 WRX? I noticed that the stock downpipe on the 05 differs from the older models and I am worried if I buy the Helix Catted DP it won't fit into my car.

Hey I have the Helix catted DP on my 05 wrx. I have it mated up to the JIC 505 Bullet. Initially I had a small leak of where it connects from the DP to the Midpipe, (I think it's b/c of the JIC piping) but If you put on enough 3" 2 bolt flat gaskets it should seal up. No leaks from the turbo to DP. you will need to trim the heat shields a bit also.

Yeah, I had to throw away the heat shield from my previous '02 when installing the Catted DP. I am not too worried about fitment with the cat-back/mid-pipe
section cause I plan on getting Helix for the entire exhaust system.
