you do it all from underneath. its just a matter of unbolting it and then it falls right out, then bolt the new one up there. much easier if you have access to a lift

Indeed the headers will go on in a snap. Be aware of the factory heat sheild on the passenger side. It has an opening that surrounds the o2 sensor and can be a pain if you don't have the right tool. I simply cut a notch in mine with a pair of heavy duty tin snips. Also you may need to crack your turbo loose from it's mounting bracket to ensure a good mate with the up-pipe. Trust me, you don't want an exhaust leak. It shouldn't take more than an hour give or take.
