Greddy BOV problems?????

Hey Everybody-
OK....got a problem with my car dying out. Here's the scenario...when cruising on the freeway at freeway speeds and i put the car straight into neutral the car stalls out. To get it started again I have to put it into gear to start. Does anybody else have this problem. Is my BOV not adjusted correctly? This is really dangerous and i need some help. my mods are...

vf34
blitz FMIC
Greddy BOV 100% atmospheric
Greddy Airinx
Sti Injectors
Helix up/dp
Greddy Cat back
COBB VF34 Map

thanks!

It's a vacuum leak. Check all the hoses and make sure there are no holes or cracks in them.

You might want to also try teflon tape on your Greddy. If you take off the allen screws at the top of the BOV, you can teflon a portion of it where it doesn't seal very well. I did this to my friends Greddy Type S and it worked perfect there after.

Just out of curiosity irish2ute, do you know what kind of numbers and times you are putting down with that setup?

View- thanks for the tip, when you say hoses are you saying the FMIC piping? because they all look good.

Onizuka- thanks I'll try that tonight

Jimpreza- I haven't put a run down yet but on dyno day at Gruppe-s I put down 230.2 hp @ 6250 rpm and 214 trq @ 5500 rpm without the FMIC, intake and BOV. I was running real lean and maxed out at 14.X psi. kinda low if you ask me.

Another thing... be sure someone is around if you aren't that strong. The springs are tough to recompress.
