Good mods??
Well i have CAI, GFB BOV, And Easy X Turboback. I have a 380 dollars and was wondering if this is the right path.. Should i buy a Gutted Stock Uppipe for 30 dollars or (Turbo Xs, HKS, Gruppe S, MPJ) and Samco IC Hoses, and a Pulley (Aem, Vishnu, Perrin, or one of the other pulleys out there?) Or should i just save for the Utec or Reflash??
30 dollars is a good deal for a gutted stock uppipe. Some may argue that there is a poor flow of air in a gutted stock upipe vs an aftermarket one. I would get an aftermarket upipe as a matter of fact I am waiting on a BPM flex joint upipe.
My value system is this: why try and save a few bucks on such an integral part of the car? I mean you spent 24-26k on the car....why cut corners on this piece? But thats just me and my perspective.
I would buy an uppipe anywhere from 150-300 and some samco hoses and enjoy the added performance. Then save for gauges and then spring for the reflash. This is the way I am doing mine. But to each his own, Either way you cant lose
Im gonna pass on the pullies my self

Yeah, go for the gruppe s uppipe, it's $150 and it'll perform way better than a gutted stocker. http://www.gruppe-s.com/Subaru/subex.htm
I too would stay away from those crank pullies. There is a reason Subaru built a harmonic dampener into the stocker. To prevent harmonic vibrations from destroying your motor. To sacrifice that safety in the name of 5 HP is absolutely retarded in my book.
The IC hoses are a good power adder, but I believe they have the effect of leaning your A/F mixture out (not all bad as our cars do run pig rich). Maybe some one else can help out on that one.
As for gauges, I recommend you go for the gauges now. Boost, EGT, and either water temp, oil temp, or fuel pressure. You're gonna need them sooner or later so if you've got the money now, I say go for it. Plus with those gauges you can safely add a $30 MBC and boost to 15.5 PSI consistently which will add more power than the IC hoses. You're on the right track.
Good luck.
Oh and BTW, what's up Steve? Haven't heard from ya in a while. Hope school and everything else is going well for you.

definitely get a boost gauge if you dont have one. egt is recommended also.
i highly recommend the pulleys. our motors dont have nearly as many problems as other motors with the underdriven pulleys w/o harmonic dampeners, and many including myself, have been running them for quite a while now with absolutely no problems with them. i recommend the gfb pulleys (crank + alternator).
of the other items you listed, i'd recommend the gruppe-s uppipe and the ic hoses (vishnu if you're willing to spend a bit more, otherwise samco). once you get a boost gauge, get a mbc and set it to no more than 16psi. hallman mbc's work great, as do many other cheaper options so there's really no need to spend a lot of money on expensive ones (ie. turboxs) if you're trying to maximize value. i also recommend going back to the stock airbox and selling the cai, unless you have the aps cai and will be running the aps fmics.
