Did that help you at all?

 

It looks like there was something in-line somewhere in there at some point. There is a connector in line, and marks on either side of it where there was a set of zip-ties as well, but it was on the line that comes from the turbo over to the solenoids under the cover near the PS strut tower. I'm wondering if there is something going on there. In any case, the lines all went to the proper places, so it got beyond me a bit. I have an appointment at the garage this afternoon to see what the tech thinks...I'm going to talk a bit about what I've seen and what you guys have suggested, and see if we can't go from there.

Sounds like there used to be a bleed valve there.

 

Odd...what would that do?

 

A bleed valve is a manual boost controller. Makes more boost and more power but use it wisely.
