Atmo makes more noise, recirc will help you stay spooled up. Go with whatever you like better.

I have been running my GFB at 50/50 for about a year with no problems whatsoever, I just switched it to 100% atmospheric and still no problems after about 30 min of driving. no bogging, no stumbling.
