Where can I find the fuel filter on my 2002 WRX?

Between the washer fluid bottle and the driver-side strut. I don't think they could've put it in an easier place to change, which is a refreshing change.

Thank you. That is really funny to say it is easy. The dealer wanted to charge me $190 to change the air filter and the fuel filter. My dealer sucks.
