The amount of $$ u spend on factory options is ridiculous, for example you pay like $160 (or more?) on a boost gauge that isn't even that acurate when you can pick up an autometer gauge and a pod for like $60. You buy the factory upgraded sound package, and a lot of people say they are disappointed, you can just get an aftermarket sub and amp instead. Factory options are a rip-off in my opinion. The only reason i would get factory options is if i didn't want to add any aftermarket products to my car, which is not the case for me...

As for the shifter and exhaust you can get a kartboy shifter for like $100 instead of how ever much they ask for the factory shifter.
