Exhaust Question??
Recently I Was At My Home Town Drag Strip. There Was A 2003 Wrx With A Down Pipe And A Cut Out Exhaust. And He Was Running 13.5 Down The Quarter Mile @ 102mph. I Also Have An 03 Wrx But Only With Aem Intake And Turbo Xs-h Rfl Blow Off Valve And A Turbo Xs Boost Controller Being Installed Tomorrow. I Am Now In The Market For Exhaust And By What I Saw He Had Good Power Gains With A Cut Out Exhaust And A Downpipe. So I Was Wondering If That Is A Good Move Or Should I Go For The Full Exhaust System?

Get ride of the intake and the BOV. A fully catless exhaust will be loud, but the gains of any other system are just not as good. The more you open the pipes the better it will be. An MBC is ok, but I wouldn't push more than 15.5 PSI as you have no way to compensate with fuel.
