EWG and profec b....what am I doing wrong?

EWG and profec b....what am I doing wrong?
I just did my UR external wastegate setup and for some reason I can't control boost with the profec b spec II, or the stock solenoid for that matter. I have the vacuum lines ran as the Greddy manual shows, but all I hear is crazy surging and the boost just keeps climbing.
When I bypass it and run it off the 1.0 bar spring it works as it supposed to though. I 'm almost positive I have the lines ran corectly. I installed the bc yesterday on my stock WG setup and it worked fine.
Any ideas?

Car Info: 2003 Subaru WRX Aspen White
Solenoids plumb into the top port of the wastegate. boost line into the bottom.
MBCs plump into the bottom, vented top.
You'll have to completely retune the Profec B if you had it originally setup for IWG
