DP+UPPIPE Do i HAVE to tune?

ok on my RS since i have a wrx motor...all the compression and everything is beautiful and very satisfactory....so im upgrading my downpipe with a catted 3" helix dp and a turbo xs uppipe...my question is...how long can i wait until i HAVE to tune it?Is it safe to leave it untuned or what? I have a stock wrx td04 turbo on it and did want to get a vf34 and upgrade the tmic as well so should i just wait until i replace the tmic and turbo since i havent bought an AP yet or what? thanks

My car was tuned for just an up pipe and I added a catless downpipe later. It ran well at times and like crap at times. So I got it tuned and they said that the boost increased from the extra flow and the ecu was not adding enough fuel so it was pulling timing. So I would recommend getting it tuned.

I strongly recommend you get your car tuned because
it will probably not run correctly as said above.

Your fine, just dont mobb on it to hard. You're going to be lean .. so just drive conservatively. You can definatly roll it untill you have enough money for your vf34 and top mount ...

That is textbook Accessport Stage 2 as it sits, you are gonna need an AP regardless if you want to do a turbo swap so just get the unit and do the Stg 2 tune for now.
