It's not fitment that makes the HKS suck, it's the flange. It's identical to stock, which sucks *****. Typically, HKS is an awesome company to buy from, but for some reason their WRX parts just plain suck. As for the Helix/Invidia, it's not bad. The bellmouth shape is good but the transition to 3" could be longer.

go with the bosal, for three reasons. first, it's a separated wastegate which is ideal. second, it only deletes one cat so you can keep the third cat which isn't all that restrictive. third, it pretty freaking cheap at $219 or so.

The third cat is pretty useless for emissions. It doesn't get hot enough with all that heat leaking out of your up and downpipes. It's better to have the cat in the downpipe right after your wastegate gases are reintegrated. Bosal is at an ok price for a catless downpipe, and yes, the flange/bellmouth design is good. Do they make a highflow cat version?

Helix DP all the way, the Bellmouth inlet is plain better than any of those. Gruppe-S also has the Helix flex up-pipe or just the Gruppe-S Uppipe. The Helix flex lowers the chance of uppipe leaks due to the heat expansion that occurs.
If you are looking for the best bang for the buck in a turbo-back exhaust I will pass on what I did.
6 months ago I picked up a Bosal DownPipe and cat back exhaust at an on-line discount autoparts store. The total for the 2 was just over $500 "shipped." I was very impressed with the build quality of the Bosal pieces, thick welds, beautiful polished finish, and absolutely no fitment problems. I also purchased a 3" hi-flow cat for $70 and had the mid-pipe custom built at an exhaust shop for $100.
There you have it, a stainless turbo-back exhaust with a cat for under $700.
A warning to those who prefer a stealth, the bosal cat-back exhaust is "damn loud!"
