Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

Does anyone know how to install SAMCO IC hoses??

When you take off the intercooler you will see where that hose goes. One end attaches to the BOV, and the other end attaches to the intake/turbo inlet hose. On the stock BOV, the air is dumped through that hose and back into the intake. If you buy an aftermarket BOV that vents into the atmosphere, that hose is useless anyway. The install is very easy and straightforward, but the BOV return hose is a pain in the ..... to reach.

all the hoses need clamps or you'll eventually get a boost leak. youre gonna need that hose yes.

i just installed my perrin hoses, and they came with clamps for the y-hose and throttle body hose. i re-used the stock hose clamps for the 3rd hose.

there should be clamps, but they're not the screw actuated type like the others. these are the kind you just grip with pliers to open.

I would try to do the hoses in this order:

(once the stock hoses are removed)
*compressor discharge hose to the intercooler inlets
*IC-> throttle body hose attached to the IC outlet
*bypass valve recirc hose to intake
*attach the compressor outlet hose to the turbo
*attach the recirc hose to the bypass valve
*attach the IC outlet hose to the throttle body (this one will be hardest... take your time, and spray some liquid wrench on any stubborn connections)
