Does anyone know how to install SAMCO IC hoses??
Hey guys, I just got my samco hoses and I'm looking to get it in before winter makes things ugly. Anyway, I visited Matt Randolf's site for a link to how to install it and it seems pretty straight forward for the "y hose" and the "fat" one, but the long straight one..where does that one go??
I hear on the stock BOV, but I still can't figure out where the other end goes?
I still have my stock bov, but looking to get a worx int the future.
thanks guys.

When you take off the intercooler you will see where that hose goes. One end attaches to the BOV, and the other end attaches to the intake/turbo inlet hose. On the stock BOV, the air is dumped through that hose and back into the intake. If you buy an aftermarket BOV that vents into the atmosphere, that hose is useless anyway. The install is very easy and straightforward, but the BOV return hose is a pain in the ..... to reach.

So does this third hose need any clamps..it doesn't seem like it at first glance.
Also, if my bov is readjustable from 50/50 to 100 atm, do I need this hose?

i just installed my perrin hoses, and they came with clamps for the y-hose and throttle body hose. i re-used the stock hose clamps for the 3rd hose.

I think I will use the stock clamps for all of them. Although my 3rd hose (the one that connects to my stock BOV) doesn't have any clamps?!? I tried pulling the ends off, but they seem pretty stuck there. hmm..don't wanna kill anything .. but I think I'll put some uscle into it tomrrow.

I would try to do the hoses in this order:
(once the stock hoses are removed)
*compressor discharge hose to the intercooler inlets
*IC-> throttle body hose attached to the IC outlet
*bypass valve recirc hose to intake
*attach the compressor outlet hose to the turbo
*attach the recirc hose to the bypass valve
*attach the IC outlet hose to the throttle body (this one will be hardest... take your time, and spray some liquid wrench on any stubborn connections)
