Some old ***** in a Buick roadmaster (chevy caprice) hit my front end spun me round and asses hit. She was doin about 55 mph and my front end starts at the front of my tires. When the *** hit there was soo much force that the jack broke its mounts, broke open the trap door and flew across my trunk. Thank god I put 4 point harnesses in it. Driver side door handle broke off b/c of force. Entire car is tweaked. Exhaust is up in bumper, where there should be a battery there is smush. Car wont start, if battery relocated could most likely be driveable. I love subie safety!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    Even though my harnesses disengaged my air bags. I am OK. STi here I come!

I've never scrape the tip, but I've forgotten to go slow and/or diag out of a driveway near my church and scrapped the can

Just be careful... and for the record... dfealing with a lip on a lowered cars is MUCH harder than a big exhaust can.

i agree on the lip....lips are much lower than the exhaust. As for the exhaust, no u wont scratch the tip, but instead, if you are going to for the hks carbon Ti then u might have a possibility of scraping the cannister instead, at the bottom where the carbon fiber wraps around. It's not noticable so it doesn't bother me
