So I was driving on the highway at 75mph and my CEL light starts flashing. I get off the highway and notice that when I push on the gas it sounds like it's going to die, very weak... Also, when it idles it's VERY rough.. The car shakes horribly, not as rough as it did before. I don't really know how to explain it well, but there's a knocking noise coming from under the hood by the intake box I think.. I took it to Autozone and had it diagnosed and it read Cylinder 3 Misfire.. What do you guys think, is it becuase of the plugs?

Misfiring in cyl 3 is happen sometime after you have big mod. But that was rare to happen on a stock car. You may bring your car to the dealer to have it check IF your car is stock. Otherwise you may get the perrin fuel rail to fix this problem.
