check engine light: 1,2,4 cylinder misfire

So I got a cel and checked it w/ my scan tool. It said I have a 1st, 2nd and 4th cylinder misfire. The cel came on while the car was idling. It has been idling rough lately as well. The ecu is stock and my only mods are a catback and samco intercooler hoses.

I was wondering why I would get a misfire on three cylinders and not four, and also what would cause that.

any auto parts store...I got mine for $70 from Kragen. Anything that scans OBD-II will work.

btw...I found out that my air box was leaking. The shop that did my 30k service didn't attach the top of the box properly and it was causing the MAF to read incorectly. I have been looking for a leaky vacuum hose for days, and it ended up being the air box...oh well at least I finally fixed it.
