what is the better turbo for me. the vf34 or the td05 16g?

the main goal for my car is response and i want a very quick spooling turbo. im considering ordering the stage2c package from gruppe-s including the vf34, fuel pump, injectors, helix top mount, reflash, and exhaust manifold. or just gettin the 16g and buying the supporting mods like the fuel pump etc. and would u guys suggest gettin a turbo timer with either of these setups?
