Evo VII GSR vs WRX - Comparison Test by Edmunds

Here's a link to an interesting comparison test from Edmunds.com

Hopefully they will run another one of these with the EVO 8 against the STI.

That comparo used the full JDM Evo, not the US spec. That's like running an SVT Cobra R against a base Z28.

there more alike than you think, alittle less power and less grip on the US..... not too big of a difference. ive driven both

somebody needs to relearn driving if all they could pull was a 6.1 0-60 on the wrx and a 15.0 1/4 mile. Im sorry but that is ****ing pathetic

Check the specs on the Z28 and the Cobra R. Boils down to the same thing.

Same problem, just in reverse. The Evo 8 'standard' model is between the STi and WRX, but the RalliArt version will be pretty darn close to the STi RA in terms of performance, just like always.
