Changing all fluids!!! HELP?!?!

im changing everything in my wrx... all of my fluids. rear dif, tranny, oil, a/c, etc. and i need help with brands and weights... any help is great! all advice welcome.

rear dif - 75w90 ams synthetic=0.8qt
tranny - 75w90 2 qts valvoline 1qt ams oil synchromesh=3.7qt
oil - 10w30 ams oil thanks!!!=4.8qt
power steering - universal atf=0.7qt
a/c - 134a
coolant - subaru coolant=8.1qt

All of those fluids are changed at different times, for different reasons. The only reason you'd need to change them all in such a hurry is if they were totally neglected for a very long time. You may want to just take it to a shop, that way you'd find the problems caused by not changing them at the proper intervals.

seriously!!! i need some help... i have an 03 wrx and i need these fluids changed. im changing them saturday, and i need to get the fluids prior!!! plz!!!

its not that! i took the car apart and all the fluids went with it... i took my rear dif apart and my tranny apart and i pulled my motor... so motor goes back in on saturday and i want all the fluids in the car on saturday!

I would go 10w30 for the engine oil
75w90 for the trans/rear diff
Universal ATF fluid for the powersteering
134a for the AC

im asking for performance wise... i don't want to put stock fluids back in i want to go with something that will prolong the life of my car and take care of it the best i can... asking for informational purposes mostly! sry if im not a genius... and i want to back up all of my findings with peoples personal experiences with the products...

i have would say the same things as you have but against castrol. i think it is crap...

since we're on the subject of fluids, does anyone use Water Wetter in your radiator by any chance? I used to use it in my racebike and thought about using it in my 02 wrx too.
