Cel 0420
I have a 02 wrx with a turboxs stealth-back exhaust, stock muffler. Of course I have the CEL on. I have the Cel fix but have not installed yet. Is this causing the my car to run rich? Any adverse affects from installing the CEL fix?

I think CEL 0420 means your car needs to smoke phatty.
