Boost Gauge Question about Vacuum.

I'm interested in getting some gauges and I see that autometer has gauges where you can get boost and then there are some that display boost and vacuum. Which one should I get. I was just thinking of boost only, but I was wondering why it would be beneficial to get the measurement of vacuum? What is the vacuum for?

I personally would get the one that has vaccum too.A vaccum gauge is very usefull in monitoring and analyzing/troubleshouting engine problems.Your car isn't always in boost.

so when buying gauges... just the boost/vacuum gauge is needed? what others would u buy? cuz i see most people have 2-3 gauges.

A/F is useless, Unless you like hearing people who have no clue about cars go, Ohh thats pretty!!!! EGT (cheaper) or a Wideband ($$$$$$) setup is the best way to monitor Wether your running Rich or Lean

So I think I'm gonna go with Boost/Vac, EGT and Oil Pressure. What you guys think. What is oil pressure all about. If you have low pressure then your motor wont be as lubricated?

Is your car modded and if so what have you done to it? If your car is stock and you need to buy 2 gauges because you are buying an autometer bezel like this one https://www.i-club.com/reviews/showp...cat=107&page=1 I would get a boost and egt gauge. If you want gauges that match the dash you may want to look into Omori.
