Can MAF or MAP go bad with no CEL?

Car Info: 04 Sti swap, VF22 18psi, 255l fule pump,ecutek 93 oct, Full exhaust TXS, Sti ra gears, much more...
Can MAF or MAP go bad with no CEL?
On the wrx can the MAF or MAP sensors go bad without giving a CEL? My old car that happend a few times and i had to trouble shoot it. But the way my car is running now im at a loss.
