Can HKS carbon ti bolt to the Perrin downpipe?

i was wondering if anyone knows if the HKS carbon ti can bolt on to the perrin downpipe?

It should since I have the same exhaust. I talked to Jon@ JSCSPEED and they said that will mate up properly. You will end up with a great TB. Correct me anyone?
