how much boost do i loose with my sti intercooler?

I actually gained a little. The STi tmic isn’t technically going to flow more air than standard tmic but it will cool the charge better.

You wont 'lose' any, the air you will flow is actually going to be more efficient.

Yah, you shouldn't be losing boost. If you are running the stock turbo, then you may get a little more lag and/or lose a little throttle response because the turbo has to fill a larger volume at that level of pounds per square inch as before.
