can a 05 wrx handle pe1820??

Hi guys!! I've a 05 wrx(not STI) and i want to take it to another level hehehe  , somewhere near 400hp(not whp), so i choosed a pe1820 for that and i know that the stock tranny can handle that much power so i'll upgraded it for STi RA Gearsets and a proper clutch...so i want to know if my stock engine can handle the turbo and the pressure (about 21 psi), or if it's better/really needed to go forjed and so...

PS: i'll be running aps tmic, aps 3"turboback, bigger injectors and fuel pump and a engine management

Thanks

w/ a custom tune....yes.. it'll handle it although I personally would not run 21psi on a daily basis...maybe 17-18psi on a stock motor....

i run 16.5psi daily on a Monster VF30, i also have a more aggressive map @ 18psi.................with my Zilla TD05H-20G I'm planning on running around the same daily, then have a more aggressive map for ~21-22psi or whatever Jorge(RiftsWRX, the tuner) decides is best....

i've seen pe1820 with around 17-18psi on 91 pumpgas and the motor is stock.... and it runs good... as long as the car was tune right... it'll be fine...

It will be fine. You need up and downpipe, exhaust, injectors, fuel pump and a tune.
