Boost question

Boost question
Since I have a boost gauge now, I was wondering if its normal (or not) if when I hit full boost (about 14psi) it will creep down to ten.. I have the stock TD04 turbo but im running a TXS upipe, PDE DP, and a 100% atm BOV, my thinking is it is the BOV but I wanted to ask and see what you guys thought. Thanks guys.

its normal..
to cure that, get a ebc or mbc.. but even then you might encounter a lil taper during higher rpms.. or get some em.. i have the utec and my boost holds about 16-17 in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear.
