it all depends on the turbo your running i think but beware!

Remember, stock fuel cut is at 18 PSI. The stock turbo can make 16 to 17 PSI peak, but as the RPM picks up, so does flow into the engine, boost it will settle back down to around 14 PSI as the turbo is maxed out on capacity. If you want more at the top end try an Ion-Spec turbo, it will hold 17 PSI to red line, with no more lag than you have with a stock turbo! Just be sure to have your UTEC tuned properly when you do!

im at 20psi, daily driven on my vf34..and have spiked to 23psi
