I've had my car (WRX) for a while now (since may)...but all I've been able to do to it is put a system in it, tinting, and an alarm. I'm looking to start adding engine mods to it but am still new to that whole idea. I want to start with an exhaust. I'm looking for an exhaust that has a deep grawl during idling...but not too loud when driving/under a load. Secondly, I don't want a huge tip/tail pipe. I'm thinking around 2 inches. Basically...I don't want it to look and sound like a rice burner...if you know what I mean. Can anyone give me suggestions on what exhaust whould be the best? Thanks everyone.

 

two exhaust systems i have come to love the sound of is the aps exhaust and the turbo xs exhaust. both would meet your sound preferences i believe, but they both have a single large exhaust tip.

Does not look ricey, despite the 3" tailpipe off the muffler. Looks almost better than stock (I love the twin tip) and sounds awesome! Nice low rumble at idle and through 4k RPM. After that it just PURRS. Not raspy at all. No one will ever mistake you for a Honda. Yes, it is loud. I originally thought I would have issues with it being to noisy, but with the CD on 6 and the window up it just sounds like extra bass. Definitely woth the price I paid for it. Check it out.
