new game plan?
I'm looking to buy the utec too........either stage I or stage II for now, but I read that the intakes made probs for the car with the utec unless you make special adjustments with the tuning and that its really not worth it because theres no gain.
I still don't know the general consensus, intake or no intake? Should I keep the sucka and just tell turboxs I got it in? If I do, then Shiv won't touch my car with a ten foot pole lol!
Ackkkkkk!!!!! I must contact turboxs who has yet to answer my last email about the utec. If they have a map that will work for the utec and intake and they've dynoed the wrx with both and it's not hurting anything, or it's not LESS hp then I would just keep the damn injen dispite my bitter feelings for them. I would just wake up every day and curse the thing out before I drove anywhere.
Things must have been easier when people rode horses for transportation, fast horse or fat horse - no debates

Car Info: '02 WRX TurboXS Stage 4
regaurding the Blits Short Ram TurboXS is very familiar with it and has maps that complement it. I don't know about other intakes. You can call TurboXS and they will be more than hapy to talk to you about it. I perfer the phone because answers to my questions often bring up new questions and I can ask those without having to wait on e-mails.

yep, they don't seem to be answering emails, maybe theyre swamped with utec Qs. They used to be good with getting back to me. Could be all the snow down in maryland too, who knows??
So latest news: The dork in question had ebay reinstate my auction. Well now I'm not selling my injen until I find out if it'll work ok with utec. Moral of my story........when peeps buy spensive crap from ur company, don't be a chode to them......what goes around comes around.
Im done with injen, I dont care if they invent a magical EGT intake that gives the rex 300 instant ponies for $100 and it's proven on the dyno, I don't want it and won't put it on my rex.
I fight bad biz practices and poor with boycotting......power to the people!!

I am running the greddy intake w/ FMIC and my car runs fine along with Full Stage IV.
